Tracy McCarthy is the dedicated, visionary founder of Naturally Balanced, a brand at the forefront of honest, holistic skincare. Her journey began over 16 years ago when she returned to college to study holistic therapies, qualifying in massage, beauty therapy, neuromuscular physical therapy, reflexology, and baby massage. Tracy later became an educator, teaching massage and beauty therapy at a private college in Cork, where her deep passion for skin health truly developed. It was here she recognised that effective skincare must be approached holistically, supporting both the skin and overall wellbeing.

Tracy went on to establish two highly regarded clinics in Kinsale and Clonakilty, specialising in holistic and physical therapies. While working directly with clients, she began blending bespoke oils tailored to individual needs. This hands-on experience led to the creation of Naturally Balanced Concept Oils — a collection of plant-based formulations free from chemicals and artificial preservatives, using only nature’s finest ingredients.
