Returns & Refunds Policy

At Naturally Balanced Wellbeing Ltd, we take great pride in creating high-quality, handmade skincare and wellness products crafted with care in Kinsale, Ireland.
Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want every purchase to bring you joy and confidence.

Because our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. For this reason, certain restrictions apply to returns and exchanges, as detailed below.

1. Returns Eligibility

We gladly accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • Your product arrived damaged or faulty, or
  • You received an item not as described.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.
  • Once approved, returns must be posted back within 14 days of approval.

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare, bath, or body products unless they are faulty.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@naturallybalanced.ie with:

  • Your order number
  • Your name and contact details
  • A brief reason for the return
  • (If applicable) a photo of the item or packaging

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your item safely.

Please do not send any items back without prior authorisation.

3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

If your item is not approved for refund (for example, if it has been opened or used), we will return it to you at your request.

4. Exchanges

We can offer an exchange if your item arrives damaged or defective.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of your request.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning non-faulty items.
  • If your product is faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank or card provider’s processing time.
  2. Contact your payment provider to verify the transaction status.
  3. If the issue persists, email us at info@naturallybalanced.ie and we will assist you promptly.

7. Sale Items and Promotional Codes

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items, discounted purchases, or items bought using promotional codes (such as seasonal offers) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

8. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return, once the returned item is received.
